These are some of my drawings made for the exhibition i did with North Norfolk Green Party about Climate change. I looked at the way I live - much of this during lockdowns. I drew the world both immediately around me, and the wider world glimpsed through photos found on the internet which I translated into watercolours.
I am making lino cuts of arctic terns, which migrants longer distances than any other bird - from northern Europe to the Antarctic where it has been impacted by the warming of the sea and consequent reduction in krill - their main food source while in the Antarctic.
